Requirement

 
  • Bachelors' degree required in management, economics, business administration and other relevant fields;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program or administration assistance with good understanding of the agriculture or agribusiness sector. Work experience in NGOs and related to agriculture projects is preferable;

job responsibility

 
The major duties and responsibilities of the program assistant will include the following:
  • Schedule appointments/meetings and manage calendars for the project manager and other team members.
  • Make arrangements for domestic travel for the CFS project team members and its implementing partners as needed.
  • Compile and process invoices, expense reports, reimbursements, and check requests with accuracy and timeliness for the project manager and for team members as appropriate.
  • Facilitates and ensure purchases for the small office are requested and be delivered by the main office procurement and logistics team
  • Schedule and plan for on-site as well as off-site meetings, conferences, and presentations, which may include coordinating arrangements for participants, handling logistics, preparing and disseminating materials for project manager and team members as appropriate
